Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If the package is returned back to Braidedlacewigs due to an error in the shipping information that is not of the sender, the package will be kept and refund will be issued. However, the package will be resent when the reshipment charge has been covered by the receiver.
